Notary Services

What service do you need?

General Notary Services

What it is: Standard notarial acts performed in person.
Common Documents: Affidavits, powers of attorney, wills (where permitted), property deeds, contracts.
ID Required: Valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, state ID, military ID).

Mobile Notary Services

What it is: We travel to your location — home, office, hospital, or other convenient place.
Common Documents: Same as general notary services, often used for medical directives, jail signings, powers of attorney.
ID Required: Government-issued photo ID (some states allow credible witnesses if no ID available).

Loan Signing Services

What it is: Specialized notarial service for real estate transactions. We guide borrowers through loan packages and ensure proper execution.
Common Documents: Promissory notes, deeds of trust/mortgages, closing disclosures, loan applications, right to cancel forms.
ID Required: Valid government-issued photo ID. Lenders may request a second form (Social Security card, utility bill, or credit card)

Online Notary Services (RON)

What it is: Secure audio-video notarization performed online. Fast, convenient, and legally recognized.
Common Documents: Affidavits, contracts, financial documents, and loan documents (if lender accepts RON).
ID Required: Government-issued photo ID (verified digitally) + knowledge-based authentication (answering security questions).
